Using the service
Terms of Service
These terms govern use of DIV.TO LPR, provided by Tima Igtahor (“we” or “us”). By using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where authorized, your organization. A separate written agreement with the operator takes precedence where its terms conflict with these terms.
Authorized use
The dashboard is provided to approved users for legitimate parking-facility operations. You may access only records that your organization and the operator authorize you to view. Google sign-in confirms identity; it does not itself grant permission to access every facility or record.
Your responsibilities
Protect your sign-in account and use appropriate security measures. Do not share access, bypass restrictions, attempt to obtain another organization’s records, disrupt the service, or use records for stalking, harassment, unlawful surveillance, discrimination, or other unlawful purposes. Do not scrape or bulk-extract records without separate authorization. Your organization is responsible for ensuring that its collection and use of parking information is lawful.
Records and accuracy
The service displays information from third-party source systems. License-plate recognition and vehicle matching can be wrong; records can be incomplete, delayed, or unavailable. Confirm relevant details before making enforcement, billing, or other consequential decisions. The dashboard is not an emergency service and does not provide legal advice.
Privacy and ownership
Use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Access does not transfer ownership of source records or images. You may use information only within your authorization and any applicable agreement with the facility. The service and its software remain subject to their respective owners’ intellectual-property rights.
Availability and suspension
We may maintain, change, or discontinue features and may restrict or suspend access to address security concerns, misuse, loss of authorization, or legal obligations. Availability depends in part on Google, Cloudflare, hosting providers, and connected source systems. No uninterrupted availability is promised unless agreed separately in writing.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. These terms do not exclude liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, and any separate written service agreement may establish additional obligations.
Changes and contact
We may revise these terms and publish an updated version with its date. If you do not agree to the updated terms, stop using the service and contact your administrator about ending access. Questions about the service or these terms may be sent to tima@divrt.llc.
